
From Creative Agency to Launch Partner for New Locations
When KiK entered the Bulgarian market in 2020, we were trusted with its positioning, creative and social media maintenance in Bulgaria, as well as influencer campaigns. This partnership was more than just a partnership. It was the fruit of mutual trust and creativity as we supported the brand in its first and most important task – successfully entering our market. With each successive campaign KiK strengthened its position and grew in popularity. And so, year after year, imperceptibly the time came for the opening of KiK‘s 44th store, and with it came a new challenge for us. KiK wanted to entrust us with organizing the events related to the opening of their new stores in every part of Bulgaria. It was no longer just about social media and influencer campaigns, but something new for us too – event organisation.
It was a challenge to be the partner that takes over the whole organisation of the new KiK store openings. This involved not only coordinating the events, but also the commitment of working with a host of different sub-contractors who were involved in the process – from ideation, logistics and mechanics to creating the perfect atmosphere for each new opening. Every detail was important: from the music, to the decor, to the importance of choosing the right influencers for the event.
Task
Our first task was to organise and ensure the perfect opening of KiK‘s 44th store. This task included the overall organisation – from selecting the subcontractors who would be involved in the process, to creating a concept for the event. It wasn’t enough to just ‘cut the red ribbon’ , we had to create a unique experience for visitors and ensure maximum media and social coverage of the event. We worked hard, tight and closely with KiK to make sure every element of the unveiling met their high standards and expectations.
As well as the beauty and decor, we also had to guarantee the musical atmosphere that would accompany the event, which we did with the careful selection of the DJ.
The influencers we selected in turn had to reflect the spirit of KiK, but at the same time convey to their followers a place where they could get everything they needed for themselves, their home and their pets.
And finally…you guessed it, we had to select the photographers to reflect the overall grand opening event.
Results
Our debut in the world of discovery was truly unforgettable for both us and KiK. The brand’s 44th store marked the beginning of a new partnership between us and KiK.
And so we showed that we can not only create creative concepts, but also implement them into events in a way that truly inspires. For us, this wasn’t just a store opening – it was the beginning of a new level in our partnership with KiK that has yet to grow.
