As soon as we received the briefs for post-Covid-19 openings of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Galleria.Burgas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Burgas<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/galleriasz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Stara Zagora\u00a0<\/a>shopping malls, despite of the seriousness of the topic, we started creating engaging creative ideas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We set the following tasks<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of creative and design for mall branding, informative signs, distance stickers and posters with safety measures.<\/li>\n<li>Sizing \u2013 oh yes, we had over 50 positions.<\/li>\n<li>Building an online communication strategy for the opening of the malls.<\/li>\n<li>Radio spot.<\/li>\n<li>Shooting videos which show the regular cleaning and disinfection against Covid-19 in the shopping malls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Combining the seriousness of the topic and the creative ideas &#8211;\u00a0 now possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the main visual we used\u00a0the following <strong>slogan \u201cRestart of the shopping\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and beneath it we\u00a0<strong>underlined \u201cTaking care of your safety\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0along with a\u00a0<strong>hashtag #togetheragain.<\/strong>\u00a0Those three points are united by the idea of returning to the malls, but with full concern for the customer safety. The main visual includes\u00a0<strong>vector graphics<\/strong>\u00a0of people and a geometrical object that brings them together.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4303 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/socialfreaks.bg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/GB_GSZ_Reopening_We-miss-u-and-welcome-back_FB-POST-650x650.png\" alt=\"COVID\" width=\"650\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/GB_GSZ_Reopening_We-miss-u-and-welcome-back_FB-POST-650x650.png 650w, https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/GB_GSZ_Reopening_We-miss-u-and-welcome-back_FB-POST-550x550.png 550w, https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/GB_GSZ_Reopening_We-miss-u-and-welcome-back_FB-POST.png 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In order the news about the opening of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/galleriasz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Stara Zagora<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Galleria.Burgas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Burgas<\/a>\u00a0 to reach the users, we worked on full blown\u00a0offline and online communication campaign via\u00a0<strong>Facebook &amp; Instagram<\/strong>, as well as e-mail marketing.<\/p>\n<p>We also\u00a0included information about the measures taken against Covid-19 by the shopping centers, as well as the recommended measures for all visitors:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4306 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/socialfreaks.bg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/98443874_2944843302299438_8600632818663424000_o-650x650.png\" alt=\"COVID\" width=\"650\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/98443874_2944843302299438_8600632818663424000_o-650x650.png 650w, https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/98443874_2944843302299438_8600632818663424000_o-550x550.png 550w, https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/98443874_2944843302299438_8600632818663424000_o.png 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We included a visual which\u00a0conveys serious information in a fun way.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4346 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/socialfreaks.bg\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/fb-post-2-471x650.jpg\" alt=\"COVID\" width=\"471\" height=\"650\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/fb-post-2-471x650.jpg 471w, https:\/\/blog.socialfreaks.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/fb-post-2.jpg 501w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 471px) 100vw, 471px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We also prepared a copy for a radio spot.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tEPSS0E20go\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Our last task was to shoot informative videos in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Galleria.Burgas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Burgas<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/galleriasz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Galleria Stara Zagora<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The main purpose of the videos is to show the process of cleaning and disinfection in the shopping malls, as well as the regular monitoring for compliance with the measures:<\/p>\n<div class=\"aligncenter\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 <iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VnJA_kPHF8U?controls=1\" width=\"1120\" height=\"630\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>In conclusion, we branded the malls with a colorful and fresh campaigns visuals\u00a0that carry a message which includes responsibility and concern, but with a touch of creativity. Our work eased the clients\u2019 visit to the shopping malls. It also brought additional value to employees\u2019 \u00a0work.<\/p>\n<p>Our creativity always works at full speed, even during a pandemic.
